In Colorado a draw will be held with an application deadline of April 1 for all non-resident deer, elk and antelope drawing licenses. Over the counter non-resident bull elk rifle and archery licenses will be available for all units not part of a special draw. All hunting in Wyoming is by draw only with a deadline of January 31 for bull elk and March 15 for deer and antelope. We recommend you contact the Colorado Division of Wildlife at (303) 297-1192 and the Wyoming Game and Fish Department at (307) 777-4600 for a big game hunting brochure, applications and hunting regulations. Specific and final mail-in dates for applications will be included in this information.
